The Galaxy S22 Ultra is perhaps the biggest upgrade in the Galaxy S22 series this year. It has a nice 6.8-inch QHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and it also has 12GB of RAM. There’s 8GB on the 128GB model, but since this is for the 256GB and 512GB models, you get 12GB of RAM. There’s also a massive 5,000mAh capacity battery included here. The Galaxy S22 and S22+ are pretty similar, minus the display and battery sizes. The Galaxy S22 sports a 6.1-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, with a 3700mAh battery, and the S22+ has a 6.6-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display and a 4,500mAh battery. Otherwise, the internals are the same, with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage (there are 128GB models available). These new smartphones from Samsung are proving to be pretty impressive. And if you can get an upgrade in your storage for free, this is a great time to do it.
